PG Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bharat PG House. The following terms and conditions have been made keeping in mind the convenience, safety and comfort of all residents. Every resident is required to follow these to live in the PG.

1. Admission & Documentation

It is mandatory to submit valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License) at the time of admission. Security deposit and first month’s rent have to be deposited in advance.

2. Rent & Payment Policy

Monthly rent must be paid by the 1st of every month.

Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer or UPI.

Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days of vacating the room if the condition is good. Late fee may be applicable for late payment.

3. Safety & Security

CCTV surveillance is available in PG premises, residents have to follow safety rules.

Entry/exit timing is mandatory.

Male visitors are strictly prohibited; only female visitors will be allowed in the common areas. Smoking, alcohol and drugs are strictly banned.

4. Facilities & Usage

Facilities included in the rent (such as Wi-Fi, electricity, housekeeping, meals) will be cleared at the time of admission.

Use electricity and water responsibly.

Residents have to take care of furniture and appliances; cost of any damage will be recovered from the resident.

5. House Rules

Loud music, parties and nuisance of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Cleanliness of rooms and common areas is the responsibility of the residents. Illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated.

6. Food & Kitchen Policy

Meal timing will be fixed; food service may not be available on late arrival. Use the kitchen (if allowed) only as per the set timings and rules.

7. Vacating Policy

A minimum 30 days’ notice is required to vacate the room.

Security deposit will not be refunded during the short notice period.

During vacating, the room and furniture must be returned in the same condition in which it was given.

8. Liability

Personal belongings will be the responsibility of the residents. PG management will not be responsible for any kind of theft or loss.

Our aim is to provide a safe, comfortable and homely environment to all residents. It is the responsibility of every resident to follow the Terms & Conditions. The PG management will have full right to take disciplinary action if these rules are violated.
